The Center for Transforming Lives in South Miami, Fl will be sponsoring Guided Meditation with Ligia on Your Inner Child event. This event will help embrace the happiness in your life while you learn to become more calm and connect with your innerself. After the meditation session, participants will be able to connect with others in a peaceful setting that is full of relaxation and joyfulness. This guided meditation event will be held on Tuesday, June 24th at 6:30 pm at The Center for Transforming Lives. Every Tuesday at 8:30 am through the end of August, there will be outdoor guided meditation sessions at the Creekside Professional Plaza. These sessions are designed to help release stress and renew intentions. The event will be lead by Stacey Twiggs, LMT. It’s Stacy’s goal to help each of the participants start their week off happier and create peacefulness within themselves. The event will be held at Creekside Professional Plaza at 2650 Jackson Blvd, Rapid City. Kadampa Meditation Center Texas is holding a guided meditation event that is open to everyone on Wednesdays. This event will be held from 12 pm to 12:30 pm and will be led by James Rice. This event is designed to help you learn to relax your body and mind, develop inner peace and mental clarity during your lunch break. After the guided meditation session is complete, their will be a healthy vegetarian lunch for the participants to enjoy. The cost for this event is only $5 for non members and free to current members.
